Sales Are Final

All furniture and merchandise purchased from KGF Logistics LLC d/b/a LivUp Decor (“LivUp Decor”) is sold AS-IS, and all sales are final.

LivUp Decor does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds after a purchase has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the item’s condition, photographs, description, measurements, color, configuration, and other available information before completing a purchase.

Product Condition

LivUp Decor sells discounted furniture that may include new, open-box, customer-returned, previously assembled, display, used, or other discounted merchandise.

Because the condition of our inventory varies from item to item, merchandise may have cosmetic imperfections, signs of handling, minor scratches, marks, packaging damage, missing original packaging, or other signs consistent with its stated condition.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately represent the condition of each item through our listings, photographs, descriptions, and communication with customers.

Inspection Before Purchase

Customers are encouraged to inspect merchandise in person before purchasing whenever possible.

For online, delivery, or other purchases where an in-person inspection is not completed, customers should carefully review all provided photographs, videos, descriptions, measurements, and disclosed condition information before completing the purchase.

By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges that they have had an opportunity to review the available information regarding the merchandise and accept the item in its disclosed condition.

AS-IS Merchandise

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by LivUp Decor, merchandise is sold AS-IS and in its current condition.

Normal variations in color, texture, appearance, or dimensions may occur. Colors may also appear differently depending on lighting, photography, screens, and the environment in which the furniture is placed.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

Pickup

Customers choosing pickup are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is large enough to safely transport their merchandise.

Customers should inspect their merchandise before leaving the pickup location. Once merchandise has been picked up and accepted, the sale remains final, subject to applicable law.

Delivery

Delivery charges are separate from the merchandise purchase unless specifically stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring there is sufficient access for the merchandise, including appropriate doorways, hallways, elevators, stairways, and other entry points.

LivUp Decor is not responsible for an item failing to fit into the customer's intended space when the measurements of the merchandise were made available before purchase.

Any delivery concerns should be brought to our attention as soon as possible.

Measurements & Fit

Customers are responsible for confirming that furniture will fit within their home and intended location before purchasing.

Please measure doorways, stairways, hallways, elevators, room dimensions, and other relevant areas before ordering.

Limited-Quantity Inventory

Much of LivUp Decor's inventory consists of limited-quantity or one-of-a-kind merchandise. An item appearing on our website or social media does not guarantee availability until the purchase has been completed.

Inventory may sell quickly and availability is subject to change.

Pricing

LivUp Decor may offer merchandise at prices substantially below traditional retail prices. Any comparison to an original, manufacturer, or other retail price is provided for informational purposes when available and does not represent a guarantee that another retailer currently sells the item at that price.

Prices and promotions may change without notice.

Order Acceptance

LivUp Decor reserves the right to cancel or decline an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases involving inventory errors, incorrect pricing, suspected fraud, payment issues, or an item becoming unavailable before fulfillment.

If LivUp Decor cancels an order that has already been paid for and the merchandise has not been provided to the customer, the applicable payment will be refunded.

Limitation of Terms

These Terms & Conditions are intended to describe LivUp Decor's sales policies and the conditions applicable to purchases. Nothing contained in these terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify rights that cannot legally be excluded, restricted, or modified under applicable law.
